At Amatri, we believe your pieces should reach you with ease and care. Here’s what you need to know:
Most orders are lovingly packed and dispatched within 2 days, but in rare cases, it may take up to 5-7 days due to internal processes (or a little extra care behind the scenes). All orders are delivered within 3-7 days depending on your location, via free standard shipping. Need it sooner? Choose express shipping at checkout for just ₹100.

International Orders
For our global lovers, international shipping is available and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that any customs and duties will be the customer’s responsibility, as these are country-specific charges outside our control. You'll receive the order within 10-15 days.

We’re sad it wasn’t love at first sight. But don’t worry, we’re here to help you find your perfect match.
We currently offer exchanges only for size-related issues (not style or preference changes). For hygiene reasons, intimate pieces like shorties and briefs are not eligible for exchange. They’re just a little too close to the heart (and skin) to be returned.
To be eligible for exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact and in original packaging.
- Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required.
How to initiate:
Drop us an email or WhatsApp message with your order number and concern.
A flat fee of ₹500 (up to 3 products) will be charged to cover round-trip shipping, fresh packing, and operational efforts to make sure your piece reaches you with love, again.
Can’t find your size?
You can opt for another product of equal value or receive store credit valid for 3 months.

Received something damaged or incorrect?
We’ve got you. Just write to us within 24 hours of delivery so we can fix it. Claims made after this may not be accepted.
Changed your mind before dispatch?
You can request a cancellation if the order hasn't been shipped. Transaction charges will be applicable. Once it’s out the door, it’s all yours.
