How are your pieces designed and made?
Each piece is designed with heart and individuality, inspired by the romantic styles of the past. We skip the high-volume, one-size-fits-all approach and instead focus on unique, flattering details. Every design begins with personal insights and a love for vintage charm, moving from paper sketches to patterns, and finally to the sample and finished piece using traditional dressmaking techniques—crafted to make you feel effortlessly beautiful and one-of-a-kind.

What fabrics do you use?
Only the softest, most luxurious ones! We carefully choose fabrics like modal, Bemberg satin, and cotton cambric—each picked for its softness, breathability, and comfort. All our fabrics are skin-friendly and designed to make you feel as good as you look.
Is your intimate wear lined and comfortable?
Absolutely! We’re all about that soft, barely-there feel. Our innerwear pieces are made with buttery-soft fabrics, with no wires or scratchy lace—just pure comfort and a touch of flirty charm. They’re designed to feel like a second skin!
How do I care for my Amatri pieces?
With love and a gentle touch! Most of our pieces prefer a cool hand wash or a delicate machine cycle. Avoid high heat and tumble drying to keep them as dreamy as the day you got them. Gentle care means longer-lasting beauty. And if you have any questions, just ask—we’ve got your back!
What sizes do you offer?
Most of our pieces come in free-size or adjustable styles designed to fit a range of body types comfortably. Our standard sizing runs from XS to XL, equivalent to US 2-10 and UK 6-14. If you’re unsure about your fit, just reach out—we’ll help you find your perfect match!
Why do you carry limited stock?
Each piece is crafted thoughtfully, and we keep limited stock to reduce waste. By keeping things small, we ensure every item is made with care and respect for the planet. Once they’re gone, they’re gone—so if you fall in love, don’t wait!
Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes! If there’s high demand for a piece, we might bring it back. If you’re eyeing something that’s out of stock, just reach out, and we’ll let you know if it’s making a return or help you find something similar.
What happens to fabric scraps?
Nothing goes to waste! All our fabric scraps are donated to a local NGO that repurposes them into beautiful handcrafted items, supporting artisans and reducing textile waste. We’re all about giving back and minimizing our impact.
Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

Placing an order
Do I really get a free gift with every order?
Yes, you do! Think of it as our little love note to you. Every order comes with a special surprise because we believe in adding a bit of extra joy to your unboxing experience. Enjoy it—you deserve a treat!
What if my size is out of stock?
Heartbreak—we know! Our pieces are made in limited quantities to keep things special and reduce waste. If you have your heart set on something, write to us, and we’ll let you know if it’ll be restocked or if we can find a similar piece just for you.
Do you offer discounts?
We believe in fair pricing, so discounts are rare and special. But keep an eye out—when we do offer them, it’s worth it! Join our mailing list to stay in the loop for any exclusive offers.
Do you offer customization?
Yes, gorgeous! If you need a special size or have a unique fit in mind, we’ve got you. For a flat fee of Rs.500, we’ll customize your piece just for you. Custom orders are prepaid, non-exchangeable, and take an additional 3-5 days to create. Because perfection is worth the wait!
Can I send my order as a gift?
Absolutely! All orders above 2000 come beautifully packaged in our signature red box making them perfect for gifting (to your loved ones or yourself). Just fill out the notes section at checkout to let us know it’s a gift. Want to add a personal touch? We’ll include a short note if you request it! Enter the recipient's address and phone number, and we’ll handle the rest.
Do you offer gift cards?
We can’t think of a better gift! If you aren’t sure what exactly to get your loved one, we have gift cards available in four denominations.
What if I fall in love with everything?
Then you, my friend, have excellent taste! Side note: we fully support “accidentally” filling your cart. After all, there’s no such thing as too much self-love or too many beautiful clothes.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping across India on all our orders.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We wish you could just download your favourite pieces from our website, but alas! That day is a little far away. For now, it takes us 1-3 (business) days to process the order and ship it out. Thereafter, delivery time varies between 4-7 days depending on your location. Once we ship it out, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you'd like your order delivery expedited, please email us at hey@amatri.in and we'll try to accommodate your request.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Just click it and follow your package’s journey to you. If it seems lost in space, drop us a note, and we’ll help track it down.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit and Debit cards (Indian and international), and for our Indian customers. If your payment is being stubborn, just ping us, and we’ll help sort it out.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We’ll deliver the love wherever you are. For our international babes, shipping is calculated at checkout, and any customs fees are up to you. Because beauty has no borders. As with domestic orders, every international order is shipped out 1-3 days after it is placed. From there, its ETA varies based on your location. In our experience, most orders are delivered within 10 business days of dispatch.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Not at the moment, love! Right now, we’re all about digital payments, but we’re working to make COD an option in the future. For now, enjoy our easy and secure online payment methods
Exchange & Returns
Do you offer exchanges or returns?
We’re all about making sure you’re head-over-heels with your purchase. While we currently offer exchanges only, if something isn’t quite right, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll help you find a perfect match. Read our exchange policy here.
Can I get a refund?
Unless your product is damaged or defective, we do NOT provide refunds, only store credit which is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled any time before shipping. We work hard to get your jewellery dispatched ASAP so would appreciate an early heads up. For all cancelled orders, your refund will be processed through mode of original payment within 7-10 working days.
