We currently offer exchanges only for size-related issues (not style or preference changes). For hygiene reasons, intimate pieces like shorties, bra/bralette and briefs are not eligible for exchange. They’re just a little too close to the heart (and skin) to be returned.
To be eligible for exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, pet hair or damage, with all original tags attached and returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to decline exchanges if the item does not pass our quality inspection.
- Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required.
All whites: Our white fabrics are carefully matched across every production run. However, minor variations in tone may occasionally occur due to batch differences, weather and processing conditions, and may appear more or less pronounced under different lighting.
How to initiate:
Drop us an email or WhatsApp message with your order number and concern.
A nominal fee of ₹250-500 will be charged to cover round-trip shipping, fresh packing, and operational efforts to make sure your piece reaches you with love, again.
Can’t find your size?
You can opt for another product of equal value or receive store credit valid for 6 months.
A quick note on sale items:
All sale or promotional purchases using coupon codes are final and not eligible for exchange.
Pre-orders:
Pieces that are sold during pre-orders are not eligible for exchange as they were made specially for you.
Received something damaged or incorrect?
We've got you. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and an uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened. The video helps us verify and resolve claims for damaged, missing or incorrect items quickly. Unfortunately, claims made after 24 hours or without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Changed your mind before dispatch?
You can request a cancellation if the order hasn't been shipped. Transaction charges will be applicable. Once it’s out the door, it’s all yours. Not applicable on pre-orders.
