Currently, we offer exchanges only. If your product isn’t the right size or fit, you can exchange it under the following terms:
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition, with tags intact and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or payment receipt is required for processing exchanges.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Please contact us to initiate an exchange request before returning any item. Exchanges sent without prior notification will not be processed.
- The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.
If Your Desired Size is Unavailable:
- You may select another product of equal value.
- Alternatively, store credit will be issued, which will be valid for 6 months from the issue date.
Sale Items:
- Items purchased during a sale or promotional event are not eligible for exchange.
Damages and Issues:
We carefully inspect every order, but if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be processed.
Order Cancellation:
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are dispatched.
- If your order is still processing and has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation.
